returns@millennium-systems.co.uk . The returns department will respond with a RMA number. The RMA number must be clearly labelled on the outside of the box and a printed copy of your returns form inside with the faulty equipment.

Please Note: Only items received in a satisfactory condition and within 30 days of RMA being issued will be processed. All disks, manuals, accessories, backplates and original packing where applicable must be included. Anything incomplete will not be actioned until all parts are returned. Missed or refused collections will be charged at £15 + Vat. There is an administration charge incurred for items which after testing prove not to be faulty of £20 plus delivery costs before being returned to you.
