Millennium awarded position on the NEUPC framework
Millennium Business Systems Ltd has been awarded a position on the prestigious NEUPC (North Eastern University's Purchasing Consortium) framework.
The framework agreement is split into three lots, with the first covering the supply of AV kit to six universities in the north-east. The tender description estimates that this lot will be worth a total of between £5m and £7m. Lot two features 11 universities in Yorkshire, as well as the University of Lincoln.Its estimated worth is £8m to £10m. The final lot covers the supply of tech to a septet of Midlands-based universities, which have a cumulative pot of between £6m and £8m.
The framework is scheduled to run for three years from today.
Clive Arthur, sales director went on record to state: 'This marks a turning point in Millenniums Growth and adds a number of university's to our already expanding portfolio of customers in that sector'.
We intend to make sure that Millennium is well promoted on the framework and will in turn raise our profile further in that area of the Audio Visual Market place.

Millennium Business Systems Ltd have been awarded the prestigious place on the United Learning Trust (ULT) Framework
In 2001 the Government introduced the idea of re-launching 200 of the nation's most under-performing and socially disadvantaged secondary schools as a new category of independent schools: city academies. The United Learning Trust stepped forward to support the Government's Academies Programme with the pioneering energy and dedication of its founders. In 2002 they established the United Learning Trust (ULT) as a wholly-owned subsidiary of UCST. The first academy opened in Manchester in 2003.
ULT is now the largest single sponsor in the Government's Academies Programme.
The United Church Schools Trust (UCST) is a leading education charity which currently operates a family of 11 independent schools across the UK. Founded in 1883, UCST offers the stability of an organisation with a long-term commitment to education and the experience to run successful schools.
It?s subsidiary charity the United Learning Trust (ULT) was established in 2002 to extend UCST's work and ethos into the state sector through the Academies Programme. ULT is the largest single sponsor of academies in the UK.
